Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

Regular priced items that are eligible for exchange, Request Gift receipt by contacting the store prior to item being shipped. Purchased as a Holiday Gift will be able to exchange or receive a store credit by January, 6th, 2022.

Please Note: All exchanges must be accompanied by a Gift Receipt.

Returns/Exchanges, will not be processed on

Dec 26th, Dec 27th, Dec 28th, and Dec 29th.

Please note, we do not offer price adjustments.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Zumel & Co. will gladly exchange or provide store credit  for items that are unworn, returned in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging and receipt. Returns must be returned within 14 days. All shipped orders start from the day of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

No exchanges, no store credits, and no returns on damaged items.

All discounted transaction and sale items are final sale.

All accessories, intimates, and undergarments like bralettes and bodysuit are final sale.

Atelier Collection is a final sale.
